Abstract

This research examines strategic business management for startups in Vietnam's education and healthcare sectors, aiming to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and growth. Through quantitative analysis of surveys and interviews, the study identifies challenges such as limited resources, fierce competition, and inadequate management skills. However, it also highlights growth opportunities through innovative strategies, including leveraging technology, forming partnerships, and addressing market-specific needs.
The study reveals that integrated strategies between the two sectors can promote market expansion and sustainable development. A tailored management system can help startups overcome inefficiencies, fostering innovation and adaptability. The research concludes that customized strategies will enable startups to meet market demands and contribute to Vietnam's economic and social progress. Future research should focus on the scalability and financial sustainability of these solutions.
